Republican Women's Club Participation in Downtown Lakeland First Friday
Lakeland First Friday is a family-friendly event held in the streets of Downtown Lakeland between Lemon Street and Oak Street along Kentucky and Tennessee Avenues.
Come and enjoy the festivities as we engage with the public, take and print free souvenir photos posing with the life-size cutouts of President Trump and Melania and Grady Judd, and hand out buttons, constitutions, flags, etc.
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
Volunteers are needed each month to help with one or more of the following: set up, maintain the table items for the public, and pack up at the end of the night. It takes at least 4 people to set up the large canopy, open the tables and unpack the display items.
Any amount of volunteer time is appreciated with special assistance needed to set up at 5:00 pm and pack up at 8:45 pm.
Read “What We Do” for complete information about our participation and why we do it.
